DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs for Brownie Jars and Bites are $6.99 for all orders.
ARRIVAL DATE: We ship all orders via USPS 2-day priority mail. If you need your order to be overnighted or to arrive on a specific delivery date, please get in touch with us before placing an order at takeabitebrownieco@gmail.com or 813-586-0209.
NO SIGNATURE UPON ARRIVAL: USPS does not require a signature for our packages, which means that your order will be left at the arrival destination as long as the delivery person feels comfortable doing so. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made as soon as possible, usually on the following business day. We suggest the product be brought inside and stored properly as soon as possible upon arrival.
DELAYED SHIPMENTS: We do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time. However, because we use third-party shipping carriers, we are not responsible for shipping delays once your order is in transit.
Once a package ships, there are factors out of our control that may come up and cause a delay in delivery. Our carriers may experience delays due to weather, mechanical errors, or natural disasters. If your order is delayed due to one of these outside factors, please contact takeabitebrownieco@gmail.com
ORDER EARLY: If you’re planning for a special occasion, we recommend choosing an arrival date 1-2 days early (so for weekend events, we recommend arrival on Thursday) so you can be worry-free! Your Brownies or Jars will stay fresh with proper storage & care.
LOCAL SARASOTA DELIVERY: Local delivery fee $5.00 (within 8 miles)

DELIVERY DAYS & TIMES Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9-12 If no one is present for delivered items, they will be left at the door. All delivery appointments will be scheduled upon order completion. Look for your email confirmation for details.
